North Carolina continues to make strides in streamlining court processes, including the release of their latest online document preparation system Guide & File. This new option will allow our attorneys to offer our estate administration and probate clients faster turnaround times for filing of certain legal documents, while maintaining our standard of providing the highest safety measures possible for our clients and team.  The North Carolina judicial branch has plans to continue improving case management systems over the next four years. More information can be found in the press release here.
